This service includes but is not limited to;
- 8 hours of updates per month over 3 months
- Daily backups of website files and databases
- Weekly CMS patches and updates for WordPress and Joomla!
- Fixing minor error log issues
- Protecting web forms against SQL injection
- 1-2 working day turnaround
- Weekly update report
- Itemised time recording
- Effective rate is $400 per month or $50 per hour
Excludes SEO updates, website design changes and major programming that is not website maintenance related.
Terms and Conditions
Minimum commitment of 3 month service duration. Prices are per website. Minimum 15 minutes per maintenance work item. Itemised billing in 15 minute segments. Additional hours will be billed at normal business $65 hourly rate. Unused hours may be carried over to the following month up to 3 consecutive months and within 15 days of the service renewal date. We will require administrative access to your ISP hosting control panel, website ftp account and website CMS to perform maintenance functions.
